Velvet Blooms is based out of Ventura, California, but we service all surrounding counties and we love to travel!

To maintain our high level of individualized service, we take on a limited number of weddings each season and have a minimum budget requirement of six thousand dollars ($6,000) before tax and fees.
In addition to our full service, custom weddings, we do offer "A La Carte" options.
